Communication is our priority. We maintain a proactive communication approach, which helps us to avoid surprises. During the initial phase of discussion, we build out a detailed description and summary of the property. The final deliverables for the proposal may include items such as a marketing plan, budget analysis, lease summary and projections, management timeline, and copies/outlines of documents and agreements.

We have unlocked numerous capabilities to efficiently and effectively manage and lease a diverse management portfolio as we directly integrate into syndication such as LoopNet/CoStar, Crexi, and Catylist, as well as Buildout, QuickBooks, and DoorLoop. Each client is different; we have tailored meetings scheduled and planned around our client's needs and expectations. Together, we design and implement strategies to best produce a service that drives success and opportunity. If requested by client, we will have monthly meetings to create and implement strategies. We want to be proactive in our communication, as this avoids surprises.
